My piece has been damaged upon arrival. What do I do?

While we make every effort to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition, due to the extremely delicate nature of the artwork, sometimes during the shipping process they can be damaged.  If your print arrives with a flaw,  simply take a picture of the flaw(s) and email them to me. I will ship out a reprint ASAP. You don't need to worry about sending back your damaged piece.
(In some cases I may require a swatch cut from the center of the canvas be mailed to prove the original has been destroyed)

I received my piece but the color does not look anything like it did online. What do I do?

If you're not happy with the color because it doesn't look like it did online, simply
email me an image of the piece along with your feedback, and I'll organize a reprint ASAP.
(The guarantee does not cover if a piece doesn't match a wall you were hoping it would. 
In order to prevent this,simply email me a picture of the empty room/wall you plan to hang the
artwork prior to placing your order and I can provide a free conceptualization.)

How do I know my new artwork is going to last forever?

Every piece purchased is guaranteed for two years against any quality defects not caused
by external issues, like dropping the piece, or leaving it out in the sun or in a very humid area.
(Be sure and read the below Care and Use section to ensure you take proper care of your new artwork.)

If you notice your piece has begun to fade, crack, warp, or bubble, simply
take a picture of it and send it to me. I'll organize a brand new replacement right away.
What if it's been longer than two years and my piece starts to have issues?

Relax-If you start to have any issues, even after the two years, simply email me and I'll see what we can do.
Care and Use
Can I hang my artwork outside?

Although my pieces have a special UV limiting lamination on them, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight
for prolonged periods of time.  Additionally, while I use a water-resistant coating, it is not 100% waterproof.
Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?

Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity,
it should probably not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.
How do I clean/maintain my canvas?

The best way to clean the canvas is with a soft duster. You can also use a damp cloth on the face of the canvas.
